The backbone of the whole platform is the Seal Management Module. It provides the User with easy Client and License management options as well as an overview of all the license statuses, license expiration dates, registered domains/aliases and Client Company details. The Certria Platform has many additional features and services that help you with the Onboarding of Clients, setting and gathering of KYC requirement tailored to the specific Client. Per country Seal traffic visualization, Geo-Blocking allowing to the Partner to block access a domain from a specific country.
Each Client has a dedicated landing page featuring the License status visualized with a customizable logo as well as all Company trade information. Here you can find all registered domains, sub-domains and aliases and issue the mandatory code snippet for the license status visualization on the Client’s domains. The Client Overview page also gives you direct links to the collected KYC, Backup service, Register Supplier and Payment processors, and Corporate information and documentation.
The KYC tab for each of our Clients is where you can invite them to upload all the necessary KYC and documents while avoiding external communication software. The module makes it easy to see the stage of the onboarding for the Clients as well as a detailed list of approved and pending documents.
The Certria Platform allows for custom and default KYC requirement creation. We designed the module with flexibility in mind, so that all the generic KYC requirement can be applied to all your new Clients automatically, but also give you the option to determine and apply specialty requirement depending on the Client.
This Corporate module can be used as a vault for all the managing director’s information and documentation giving you all contact information, related to the Client, but also providing a vault for your relevant agreements. 3rd party services can be integrated in the module so that all your information is stored where you want it.
We have developed an easy way for your Clients to automatically upload all the backup data that you might require from their operation. You have a complete overview of the scheduled uploads, size and date. You can also subscribe for notifications in case an upload window has been missed. Once again, all this information can be store on your preferred place.
We have locked the Clients Certificate behind our Certificate validation module. No longer will there be one Certificate for all as each issued online Certificate is valid only for the intended target. The module also allows each registered Partner to validate the current status of the license at any time, reducing the risk of fraudulent use of expired or suspended License Certificates.
With our extended features for Per-Country Geo Blocking as well as traffic visualization tools you have complete overview and control over all your Clients domains.
